Usage correction on the Drytek I

To whom it may concern,

I enabled the Drytek I last night to perform a quick O2 Descum on two wafers,
before evaporation on the Innotec and I forgot to disable the Drytek until after
I was done with the Innotec.  So I turned a 30 min job into a 4 hour job on
accident.  I was hoping to get the billing on this corrected.
