Remote Coral Java Library?

Hi,

I tried to install and launch remote Coral for the first time in a long 
time today.
I installed the new version of JRE and clicked on "Launch Remote Coral".  After
the script downloaded a few files, I got a dialog asking if I wanted to 
install a
signed library from "The Legion of the Bouncy Castle."  The certificate 
could not
be verified, so I refused the installation, but I can't run Coral Remote 
without it.

Do I really need this library?
