Ignacio Zuleta

Hi guys --

Ignacio can't get Coral to come up on his screen (his login is
izuleta).  This is the first time he's tried to use Coral.  Could you
take a look at his account and see if things are OK?

Or, are there any other obvious things we can check?  (I know John sent
an email or two describing these things, but I can't seem to find them
now...)
