Missing reservation

In this case, it appears to be a case of pilot error:

In the Coral reservation server logs I see that you made a reservation 
on Friday (9/3) at 10:51:15 a.m. for wbgen-hlp for Monday (9/6) at 10:00 
a.m. extending for a period of 2 1/2 hours.  You can see yesterday's 
reservations by hitting the "Previous" menu item under reservations.
