coral down?

Hello,

I think Coral might be down again.  I'm trying
to log in remotely and the "Starting Coral" 
dialog box remained for a few minutes then
I get another dialog box: "Admin manager is
not responding".  This is the same error message
I got last Sunday morning when Coral went down.
