Problem of Remote Coral

Hello, 

I send you this email due to a log-in problem.
I have already installed remote Coral program to my PC 
and set my remote password from a Coral terminal at SNF.
When I launch remote Coral and enter my user name and password,
I always have an error massage of 'Authentication failed'.
The installation seemed to go well.

Could you advise me a possible way to solve it?
My username is 'shigeo' and I am using Windows XP.
