Remote coral and email

still can not establish remote Coral in my office, even though I was able to at home.  I get the message stating: admin manager is not responding.  There is no pomp of login and password.  Any advice?  

Also, I don't beelieve I have any coral email set up yet, since I never received any email even when I got qualified with tools.
