Coral slow or locked up?

User reports incoming!  Can't start new sessions on either remote Coral 
or Sunrays.  Everything looks good up to the "Starting Coral" box, and 
then no Coral screen appears.  Nancy reported her remote Coral screen 
went blank.  Uli reports hers does not respond.  People in the lab say 
their sessions are not coming up.  Help.
