Community Service account on new coral release

Hi All,

We noticed that the new release of coral is missing the
community service account.   I'm not sure if that was
intentional or not, but it's a useful thing to have
in some instances.  (I usually send an email to someone when I
use it, maybe a comment feature could be added for that purpose.)

I spoke with Paul Rissman, and he says that he didn't know
that the account was being removed.
