I believe that Nahid is going to be around for part of the morning session tomorrow, but if anyone can look into the source of the error before the afternoon session I would really appreciate it. Message-ID: <20100506194214.858DD37CE1@smtp-roam.stanford.edu> Hi John/Bill, At about noon today, Robert Huang and I tried to get the lab front door to open with our key cards. It took 4 tires before it opened. The inner door was shut and didn't move. Perhaps the close sensor is on the edge? First, the keycard system isn't working, in which case ITSS SU Help should be informed. Second, the door mechanism is not working. In either case, I think Leonard needs to know. I'll forward your note to him. Mary Paul Rissman wrote: > Hi John/Bill, > > At about noon today, Robert Huang and I tried to get the lab front > door to open with our key cards.
