coral login issue

I'm an SNF user and my coral login is: "yeh".

I would like to report a problem I'm experiencing.  I can not log into 
Coral right now.

This morning, I logged in successfully via remote Coral.  A few minutes 
ago, I tried but failed to log into the Coral remotely but from inside 
SNF.  It told me 3 times it could not authorize the user.  I logged in 
successfully into a SUN workstation but when I tried to start Coral, 
nothing would come up.

Please help me resolve this issue.
