When you generate the MonthlyUpload there is now a minor change in the report: Before you enter the date, there is now a pulldown labeled Lab that has either SNF or MOCVD. You need to enter the appropriate one to get data for the proper lab. However, if I have everything ready by Friday noon, I can still meet the Friday deadline. However, Xinyu does not have an hourly rate in Coral for training. You need to enter an hourly for Xinyu or email me the rate, and I will enter it. When I spoke to John last week, he was still waiting to get the rates from Professor Wong. So, I believe that we need two things to proceed: Confirmation that $120 per hour is the training rate and the PTA that will be credited with this income. As soon as there is actual equipment usage, that rate also has to be established and, last I knew that was still under discussion. The training rate is $120/hour for now for the initial trial period. After there is actual equipment usage (and I get a replacement for Xinyu to do the training), we need to adjust the rate accordingly (after consultation with John/Roger and all parties involved).
