Uli thinks the scale is broken. Please change CO2 anyway. Couple of other things 1. Scale reading after last user was 143.5 but it was 145.5 when I started. After I finished it was at 140 but crept back up to 141 a little while later. 2. Some shaking observed during purge step. Before installing it I checked its weight on the scale in the stockroom to make sure that it is full. The full weight should be 179 kg and I found that it was, in fact, full and had a wieght that was very close to 179 pounds. When I replaced the cylinder on the scale in the basement, I zeroed the scale when nothing was on it .... but the full bottle only weighs 165.5 lbs. So, the scale appears to be off and because I zeroed the scale first, I believe that it is a scale factor (that is 1 pound is only being displayed as 165/180 lbs which is about 0.92. Accordingly, we should likely be able to run this bottle until it is at least 140 lbs (and maybe a bit lower). We will be working to improved the setup in the basement .... changing the location, getting the A/B setup working properly, and using CO2 valves that are capable of shutting off the CO2 in the system when the other bottle is changed. Pressure went up to 900 in Fill mode and then lights blinked and machine turned off completely. This might be related to the vibrations observed earlier during purge mode. Turning machine back on and resuming fill does not work. Switches off after a few mins of fill. My pieces and wafers are still stuck inside.
