After temperature reached 10 celsius degree, i pressed fill button, but no hissing sound and no pressure ramping up. liquid co2 valve may not be opened. i turned off the chamber power and shutdown cpd. dummy samples with 100ml IPA are still inside the chamber.

Yes, unfortunately the CO2 cylinder was not opened ...
I've opened it now and believe that the CPD should be functional.

1) 4Lbs of CO2 is needed to dry the sample. Now only 1Lbs gets used.
2) The last step (vent) takes 3-4 times longer than normal.
3) When taking the sample out it is still wet and IPA can bee seen in the chamber (strong smell as well).
