Hi Uli- I hope this email finds you and your work well. I did have a
chance to speak to Jim about the slight LCO@ leak and he suspected that
it was coming from a solenoid in the supply line that was installed near
the tank. That's the last that I heard of that. I hope that he was able
to locate it for you. I am just concluding a presentation that I will
make next week in Tokyo at the Micromachine Meeting next

realizing that as I will be presenting my talk to a group of a mostly
Japanese speaking audience that perhaps the more visual pictures in the
presentation; the better! Therefore; I was hoping that you or some users
may have some SEM micrographs (or other photo types) that you would be
interested in sending me via email of current SAMDRI MEMS applications.
I would incorporate them into the presentation. I would be sure to
provide full credit with your name, facility and brief descriptive
information of the subject matter based on your advice. I know that this
is late notice; however, if possible for you, I would appreciate
