Comment cryostation SNF 2012-04-30 06:00:43: seems substrate contact has issue

was able to do split CV and id-VG measurement in the beginning. 
CV data become strange in the middle of measurment and we trace it to the substrate contact. looks like the substract contact is lost. Will work with super user to trouble shoot.
