Good Morning All,
    Looking pretty good this morning. Epi is back up after brief 
meltdown-thanks Mike.  Sige still has some issues with flows.  Burn box 
cleaned this
morning.  TEOS 2  and Thermco Poly Testing.   Everything else looks OK 
for now.
