Good Morning All,
    Looking pretty good this morning.  Ebeam in High vac after 
regen-vacuum looking good.  Waiting for Hitachi commitment. Burn box 
will be
this morning after long Nitride run.  TEOS2 and Thermco Poly testing.  
Sige still has gas valve problems- parts ordered. Everything else looks 
OK for Now.
