Diffusion morning Report 09/24/08

Good Morning All,
    Looking OK this morning. LTO is down for pull and clean from 
contamination of some sort. Nitride has mfs alarms intermittantly. Ebeam 
has no beam current. Thermco Poly 2 has non uniform dep. No other issues
