Good Morning All,
     Looking good this morning. Epi had dopant flow issues-B2H6 100PPM 
is low. TEOS has particle issues. Thermco Nitride had pressure control 
issues. Tylan 2 needs a test after torch change. Thermco 2 no TLC flow. 
No other issues at this time.
