Diffusion morning Report 03/02/11

Good Morning All,
     Looking OK this morning. Tylan 1 needs TLC clean after tube and 
quartz clean. Tylan FGA has Temp problems. Epi has intermittent lifter 
issues. TEOS has a leak. Tylan 4 had thin wet ox. Thermco LTO pump out 
for repair. Ebeam cryo compressor going out for repair.  No other major 
issues at this time.
