Good Morning All,
     Looking OK this morning. Epi is having trouble unloading Wafers. 
Tylan 1 has power fail on MFS. Thermco LTo pump is back installing. TEOS 
pump out for repair. Several furnaces have loader issues. No other major 
issues at this time.
