Looking OK this morning. Epi is having loading/handling issues.
Tylan 1 had a power fail on MFS. TEOS pump out for repair. SEM 4160
stage not driving. Thermco LTO-reinstalling pump. No TLC flow on
Thermco 2. no other major issues at this time.
