Good Morning All,
     Looking OK this morning. Epi is down again-Dome devitrified again. 
Tylan 1 MFS 460 out for repair. TEOS pump out for repair. Thermco LTO is 
being checked out. Tylan BPSG is going down tomorrow for pull and clean. 
Thermco 2 no tlc flow. Ebeam compressor is dead. No other major problems 
at this time.
