Good Morning All,
     Looking Ok this morning. Had MDA alarm and fire responded. Tracking 
down alarm now. Epi is yellow for no GeH4-getting ETA from Praxair..
     Left over issues: MFS alarms on Tylan 2 needs test. Epi LLa issues. 
Thermco 2 possible temp issues. No other issues at this time.
