Defective RF generator ??  Power output is varying.  Connected to a dummy load and was only able to get 450 W out (max is 1000 W).  When I was connected to system (match network + chamber), at times the bird watt meter as well as the systems RF meter read about 800 W.
Check the other process programs (2 & 3) and had similar results.
