Shutdown drytek2 SNF 2009-07-27 15:33:20: chamber won't pump down to below 29 mT.

The chamber won't pump down to the pressure set point to trigger the gasses to turn on.  It sits at 29 - 30 mT and won't pump down any further.  It is un-usable in this condition.  Sorry folks.
