The whitey valves are open, and I checked that the round valves below them are open, but there is no gas flow for SF6 or F22.  O2 flow is ok.

Ran flowed SF6 and F22 w/out problem..

Someone changed the gas setting of the machine from "auto" to OFF.
Please use the dip-switch instead of doing so.
