Shutdown drytek2 SNF 2011-04-16 15:27:31: No gases flowing

Tried process 1 initially (O2 plasma) but no O2 flow.  After a few minutes, the "forward" power LED on the machine displays E15.  No flow, pressure is low (~20mT), and no plasma.
Tried to troubleshoot by running process 2 and 3, but no flow on any of these.
