Shutdown drytek2 SNF 2011-09-09 11:24:28: Drytek2 -- New Supply only gives 200w for O2

Corrected AC wiring problem, fitted short in control box and put back on the old "400w" supply.  Need to add safety cover to remote/local switch on new supply before it can be put onto the system.   Jim
