Shutdown drytek4 SNF 2006-08-01 13:23:29: Matching network problem

Replaced matching network vacuum capacitor.  Temporarily modified the matching network controller to work in semi-auto mode.  New procedure for tuning the RF is to toggle the momentary  "Auto/Manual" switch to Auto.  Hold until the reflected power gets to a minimum.
