Message-ID: Followed normal start up procedures. I took the system off standby, openned the chamber, closed the chamber and pressed cycle start, but the cycle would not start. On openning the chamber, you can hear a low whirring noise. Both of the gate valve open and closed lights are on on the front of the machine. Message-ID: Vacuum pump breaker tripped but the blower remained ON. Reset the vacuum pump breaker. Found the idle purge set at 1700 mT, should be between 200 -300 mT. Readjusted idle purge. Cycled system with no problems.
