From booth at snf.stanford.edu Wed Jul 11 09:56:11 2001 From: booth at snf.stanford.edu (Len Booth) Date: Wed, 11 Jul 2001 09:56:11 -0700 Subject: Info on Drytek4 - electrode water leak repair Message-ID: <3B4C852B.B78B660C@snf.stanford.edu> Cesar & I have got Drytek4 up & running again. While repairing the reported water leak, we found that the water cooling passages in the electrode were plugged up, preventing water flow. That is fixed now, and you will notice that there are two new flowmeters on the right side of the machine. One is labeled Electrode Water Cooling, and the float should indicate more than 1 LPM flow. The other flowmeter is labeled RF Water Cooling , and the float must indicate more than 2 LPM. The operating procedures will be updated as soon as possible, to include checking these two items when operating the machine. Len
