Both supply and return line will need to be re-weld and it will take 2 to 3 days to repair both pin hole leak. Thanks, Cesar From jimkruger at yahoo.com Tue Apr 4 18:54:54 2006 From: jimkruger at yahoo.com (jim kruger) Date: Tue, 4 Apr 2006 18:54:54 -0700 (PDT) Subject: Changes at Drytek4 Message-ID: <20060405015454.61844.qmail@web34612.mail.mud.yahoo.com> With the leaks plugged, Drytek4 seems back to normal except that the pressure zero has been corrected. It had been set to -40 mTorr in recent times, it is now set to +10 mTorr, a more realistic number. ACTION: If you want your recipe to be the same as before, add 50 mTorr to the pressure setting. If you had run 150 mTorr, set it to 200, if it had been 100 mTorr, set it to 150. If you have questions, try to catch me in the lab, or at desk 50 in the open area outside CIS 143-147. Or e-mail. jimkruger __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! Add 50 here as well; pump-out pressure is now (the previous 20 mTorr + 50) for 70 mTorr. As mentioned in a recent note, 50 mTorr should be added to old recipes to keep thing the same as before. Questions? e-mail me. jim __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
