It is much newer that the Gaertner. THe Gaertner has served us well but it is very old (1972) and is really beyond repair. The HP computer that died is 25 year old. Can you run the reference wafers on the Rudolph to make sure it in in calibration. Rudolph has a local office so if need be we can run our unit over there for any PM that is needed.
