Mike,

I am concerned about Mario needing to replace the ellipsomer fuse. This
sounds like a repeat of the problem we had a week or so ago. Did you
clean the rails for the stage? Is the stage moving back and forth with
no hesitation?

I just took the Ellipsometer out of the Coral shutdown system (Red light)
