Problem epi2 SNF 2008-07-09 04:57:54: fail ETCHCOAT-CHA and system is now in offline

I also failed to run ETCHCOAT-CHA and
saw "OVERTEMP ERROR".
Now the system is in offline.
I cannot recover from this situation.
Although I leave epi2 yellow, I believe
there is some problem in temperature control.
