Problem epi2 SNF 2008-10-30 13:21:52: Heater contactor off/low water flow

I saw heater contactor off and low water flow error.
I cannot go to active idle.
Elmer said it may be because lamp is broken.
So, the system will be down for a while until tomorrow.
