Problem epi2 SNF 2010-12-13 12:21:29: Chamber F : no wafer on the blade

Zubin is running wafers that are not shiney.  Elmer turned up the sensitivity of the detectors at Chamber F and Chamber A.  System can now see  Zubin's wafer.
