Problem epi2 SNF 2011-01-18 11:32:42: ChA Pressure Control Valve failed to close

Got error message "ChA Pressure Control Valve failed to close". Upon talking to several lab member it seems that the throttle valve won't go down to 20T. It seems a lot of labmembers have the same problem.
