Ge User Meeting

Hello all,

We are having a Ge community user meeting this Thursday (Nov 8th) at 3pm 
in Room CIS 201 (a different room!).

We will try to finalize a cleaning procedure for  Ge grown on Si wafers 
in epi2 and in which equipment these wafers can go.

I will be out on that day so please contact Ed Myers if you have 
comments or concerns prior to the meeting.
