Subject: Low pressure deposition

Dear epi2 users,

 

Sorry to bother you. I am currently trying to do the low temperature
deposition as low as 7Torr. Has any one succeeded in depositing at such a
low pressure?

I keep on receiving the error message of "drop pressure deviation fault"
during my run. I appreciate for any advices you have.

Epi2 is tied into the CISX cooling water loop.  Epi2 will be down  
until the cooling water in CISX is turned back on (scheduled for  
tomorrow).
