Hi epi2 users,

I was wondering if anyone has a recipe for depositing thick Ge? I  
don't care about the quality of this Ge layer...I just need ~ 1um so I  
could use the fastest recipe and deposit at high temp...any inputs  
would be very much appreciated :)

Subject: Floppy drive is working

The Epi2 floppy drive has been replaced.

To save a recipe to a floppy or retrieve it from a floppy use the  
"Back up" command at the bottom of the Recipe Directory Screen.

The the drive is located on the large power box in the back service  
island.  If you don't know where it is ask me, Elmer, Ted,  
Rishi,Szu-Lin or Onur.
