Hello,
I've noticed that when unloading masks the EV forces the mask onto the mask loading plate with what seems like an excessive amount of pressure.  I think that a mask could actually be damaged if it were loaded very far from the standard position and it was forced into misaligned contact with the loading plate.  Someone who knows  better might want to check on this sometime.

It wasn't accepting the mask . When I went to park it, it asked for tray in, but part of the stage was up so it couldn't go in. A prompt  for "undefined state" came up if I proceeded. ??? Left the tool as is, tray out and "Please wait" on screen.
