Noted in logbook, but added here for more visibility. 1 um 3612 was underexposed w/ 1.1 sec., hard contact. 1.6 um 3612 was underexposed w/ 1.5 sec., hard contact. By "underexposed," I mean there is light residue around all edges. There is also dark residue (thicker) in a ~.5 cm x ~1cm square that should be clear near the flat. When the machine drifts, there is systematically worse exposure at the flat first, at the left edge second, then at all other edges third.
