Cleaned the system and adjusted the hard contact pressure and
Exposure contact force.
cleaned the system.
Lamp intensity is at 14.25mw
1 um 3612  expo. 1.2 second
1.6 um 3612 expo.  1.8 seconds
resolved 1 and 1.5 L/S 
remmber because of the drift on the lamp intensity, we will measure it every week and posted on the tool so you need to calculate the exposure time.
