Message-ID: I foundthe non-shiny bond chuck (in a ziplock bag) in the black cabinet, but ALAS! It is missing one of the two spring clamps that hold the wafers between the chuck and the bond glass. WTF???(What the Fred, that is). Why is this chuck missing a spring clamp???? I am unable to use the shiny chuck to bond my transparent wafers due to the reflection from the chuck.
