Yesterday till late in the afternoon we were testing the system back and forth and finally they came to the conclusion that the new WEC has been damaged during shipping. I have talked to Faramarz Kianpour of the EV, He is the field service manager for the region. He said the fastest way would be to send the defective part to Austria and get it fixed. The lead time for the new one is 10 to 15 weeks. I am open to comment and suggestion, you know where I live ...room 143. Ev Austria will ship two new WEC system on Monday to EV ( Phoenix) they should get there on Wednesday if not hang up in custom, custom could add one day to this scenario.
