Hello,

  Does anyone have any data on how exposure times compare for EV and Karl
Suss (so far I've seen that they can't be too different)?  If it matters,
my features are mostly narrow (2-20 um) lines.

Hello,

  Someone neglected to "Log Out" of EV before disabling it.  While this
may not seem like an important step, I've found that the machine becomes
unstable if it's disabled/enabled before logging out. (the objectives get
confused about their home position and gets stuck out of range)

  I usually check before enabling, but please try to remember.

Hello all,

It is very important you do log off the system before disabling, you
only need about a minute to do so and will save the next person a good
half an hour of head ache.
I can easily check the history and retrain you.
