I am not sure how the exposure will turn up in the CI1 so please leave the power supply in CP mode. The power supply and the WEC unit has been ordered and we are hoping to get them with in two weeks. mahnaz -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... The EV engineer has taken it to be inspected by the company who makes the modification on the power supply for EV and yes, they are local so they will be back to work tomorrow morning. mahnaz From mahnaz at snf.stanford.edu Fri Nov 22 16:11:00 2002 From: mahnaz at snf.stanford.edu (Mahnaz) Date: Fri, 22 Nov 2002 16:11:00 -0800 Subject: EV up Message-ID: <3DDEC794.B4523F63@snf.stanford.edu> Hello all, I like to let every one t know that replacing the power supply did not go as easy as we all anticipated. The intensity is at 7 mw and we are not able to get any higher with out causing other problems. This is something that I will work with EV till we reach some sort of agreement. Please log your exposure time as it will be helpful to every one and report all the problems on coral. The WEC unit has been replaced, when I checked yesterday I easily was able to resolve 1.5 um line and space on 1 UM resist ( exposure is 2.4 second, I logged it in the log sheet) and I hope we be able to keep it like that, I really do not want to see any kind of mistreatment to the system. The soft ware has been upgraded as well. mahnaz
